Terms of Service

Recovery Reptiles Tracker provides reptile and invertebrate husbandry tracking, breeding tools, a marketplace for connecting buyers and sellers, community features, and reference resources. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Account settings or the deletion page.

• Listings and posts must be accurate, legal and your own animals or items.
• No sale of animals prohibited in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction — check our Reptile Laws resources and your local regulations.
• No harassment, spam, fraud, or misleading genetics/health claims.
• Transactions are between buyer and seller. Recovery Reptiles Tracker connects parties and may charge listing fees, but is not a party to any sale and does not guarantee animals, payments or shipping.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Listing fees are charged up-front where applicable and are non-refundable once a listing is published. Manage or cancel billing any time from Account → Billing or your app-store subscription settings.

You retain ownership of the records, photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display and transmit that content as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your public listing to buyers).

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Husbandry suggestions, valuation estimates, drug-dosing references and legal summaries are informational only — always consult a qualified veterinarian and verify local regulations yourself. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
