Privacy Policy

• Account data: email address, display name and sign-in credentials.
• Husbandry records: animals, photos, feeding/shed/weight logs, breeding records, clutches, listings, contacts, reminders and any notes you enter.
• Media: photos and videos you upload of your animals, listings or theft reports.
• Device metadata: push-notification tokens, app version and platform, coarse device information used to deliver alerts.
• Location (optional): only while the app is open, and only when you use "near me" features for local shops or marketplace listings. We never collect background location.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processors; we store only subscription status and invoice references, never card numbers.

Your data powers the features you use: husbandry logs, growth charts, breeding tools, the marketplace, reminders and notifications. Data is stored in our cloud database with row-level security so only you (and facility teammates you explicitly invite) can read your records.

Community posts, public marketplace listings and approved theft reports are visible to other users by design — everything else is private.

• Cloud database, authentication and file storage (Supabase/Lovable Cloud).
• Payment processing (Stripe, RevenueCat for mobile stores).
• Analytics and advertising measurement (HeyCatch, Google Ads tag).
• AI features such as photo morph ID and egg candling (Lovable AI / Google Gemini).
• Email and SMS delivery for reminders and alerts.

We do not sell your personal data. Third parties receive only the minimum needed to provide their service.

• Access & export: download everything you've logged from Account → Export my data (JSON).
• Correction: edit your profile and records at any time.
• Deletion: delete your account in-app from Account → Delete account, or use our public deletion page if you've uninstalled the app.
• Consent: location access and notifications are opt-in and can be revoked in Account settings or your device settings.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, records and uploaded files are permanently removed; backup snapshots age out within 30 days and anonymized payment receipts may be retained where required by law.
